Yes. Friday travel down, Saturday and Sunday between-game shuttles, Sunday return - a common package. Driver hours-of-service and hotel lodging are built into the quote so there are no surprises Sunday afternoon.
Real-world team travel. We adjust your driver's schedule with our dispatch as long as your requested changes fit within DOT hours-of-service and your contracted vehicle time. Extended stays are billed at hourly rates spelled out in the contract.
Motorcoach luggage bays hold approximately 200 cubic feet of gear - plenty for a football team with pads and helmets, a hockey team with bags, or a cheer squad with tumbling mats. Confirm gear volume at booking and we'll size accordingly.
Yes. Certificates of Insurance naming your school, league, or club as additional insured are available typically same-day. Standard coverage exceeds most NCAA, high school, and youth-league requirements.
