Popular Saturdays in May, October, and November book out 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for trolleys and Asheville-area weddings. For Friday or Sunday weddings, 3 to 6 months is usually workable. If your date is closer than that, call us anyway - we may have what you need.
Yes, and most large weddings do. A common setup is a trolley for the wedding party plus one or two 55-passenger coaches shuttling guests from a hotel block. We coordinate all of it under one contract with one dispatch contact.
We build in a reasonable end-of-night buffer at booking and can extend from there if needed. Overtime is charged in clear hourly increments spelled out in your contract, not as a surprise line item after the fact.
Absolutely. Rehearsal-dinner shuttles Friday, guest transportation Saturday, and post-brunch airport runs Sunday are a common package. One contract, one point of contact, priced as a weekend.
Yes - ribbons, signs, and light florals are welcome. We ask that anything attached be removable without adhesive or damage. Your driver can help with placement when the vehicle arrives.
