Yes. Fraternities, sororities, and student organizations book with us directly. We can invoice the chapter, split-bill across members, or route through your university's financial office if that's your process.
Yes. We regularly issue Certificates of Insurance naming your university as additional insured for chapter events. Turnaround is typically same-day for advance requests.
Overnight dispatch is standard. Your driver is scheduled to hold, wait, or return based on your event timing, and we build in reasonable end-of-night buffer at booking.
Common request. Charlotte-to-Chapel Hill, Charlotte-to-Columbia SC, Winston-Salem-to-Charlottesville, and similar routes are booked regularly. Same-day return is standard; overnight stays include driver lodging in the quote.
Non-alcoholic drinks with lids and packaged snacks are fine. Alcohol is not permitted on our vehicles under any circumstance - state law and our DOT authority. Your driver will remind the group of this at pickup.
