We provide transportation for corporate events, school trips, athletic teams, weddings, airport transfers, conventions, church groups, casino trips, and multi-day tours.

We recommend booking as early as possible—ideally 4–6 weeks in advance for standard trips and even earlier during peak seasons like spring (proms, graduations, field trips) or fall (sports, conferences).

Yes, we accept last-minute requests when availability allows, but advanced reservations guarantee the best options.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on factors such as trip duration, mileage, number of passengers, vehicle type, and seasonality. We provide customized quotes for each trip.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due before the trip.

We accept major credit cards, checks, and ACH payments. Government and municipality accounts qualify for invoicing.

Vehicles & Amenities

Most of our coaches include reclining seats, climate control, Wi-Fi, power outlets, restrooms, and entertainment systems. Specific amenities may vary by vehicle.

Our fleet ranges from minibuses (14–25 passengers) to full-size motorcoaches (up to 56 passengers).

Yes, light snacks and drinks are allowed. We just ask that groups help us keep the bus clean.

Policies & Safety

Absolutely. All of our drivers hold valid Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDLs), undergo background checks, drug/alcohol testing, and receive ongoing safety training.

Alcohol is permitted if all passengers are 21 years of age or older; however, no glass containers are allowed, and all beverages must remain behind the white standing line. A cleaning fee may apply.

Yes, we carry full liability and passenger insurance that exceeds federal and state requirements.

Trip Logistics

You choose the pickup and drop-off location. All pickup and drop-off locations are subject to local accessibility and regulatory requirements.

Yes, your trip can include multiple pickup, drop-off, or sightseeing stops, as long as they’re included in your itinerary.

Yes. For multi-day charters, the customer is responsible for providing a private hotel room for the driver(s).

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made within a certain window (often 14–30 days) may result in forfeiture of the deposit. We’ll provide full details in your contract.

Yes, we try to accommodate changes, but adjustments may affect pricing and availability.
