Yes. Every driver is CDL passenger-endorsed, DOT drug-tested, and background-checked. Documentation is available for your district or private-school administration on request.
Most of our motorcoaches are equipped with 3-point seatbelts at every seat. If seatbelt-equipped coaches are required for your trip, tell us at booking and we'll assign accordingly.
End-of-year and spring peak trips book out 2 to 4 months in advance. Fall and winter trips usually need 3 to 6 weeks. Same-week bookings are sometimes possible - call and we'll tell you honestly what's available.
Yes. Grade-level trips of 100 to 300 students are routine for us. All buses come from the same dispatch, one contract, one confirmation, and drivers coordinated to arrive as a group.
We accept purchase orders, direct district billing, and PTA-managed payments. Net-30 terms are available for established school clients. Detailed invoices for your finance office are the norm.
