For the past two years, Tracy was the driver for Renovation Church (Wilmington, NC) on their trip to Crowders Ridge in Charlotte, NC, and he demonstrated a level of kindness and integrity that our family will never forget.

When we arrived to check in for camp this year, we were completely surprised to learn that Tracy had brought back a bag my daughter had accidentally left on one of the buses the previous year. Inside were some of her most treasured possessions—her Bible, journal, and devotional.

What makes this story so remarkable is not simply that the bag was found. It’s that Tracy remembered it an entire year later. He intentionally held onto it, recognized the opportunity to return it when our church traveled again, and made sure it found its way back to my daughter.

As a parent, I cannot adequately express my gratitude. To my daughter, these weren’t just belongings—they were deeply personal items that had great meaning to her. More importantly, she witnessed firsthand what true character looks like. Tracy’s actions demonstrated honesty, honor, compassion, and a genuine commitment to doing the right thing, even when no one was expecting it.

Thank you, Tracy, for your exceptional character and for reminding our family that people like you still exist. Your simple act of remembering and returning that bag one year later made a lasting impact on our daughter and our entire family.

We were able to request songs and actually had them played. Tate, our driver, was super nice, the bus ride was really smooth, and overall it was a great experience. 10/10.

Mr. Taite was one of the best bus drivers I’ve had. He played great movies and good music that kept everyone entertained during the ride. He was really cool, funny, and friendly, and he made sure we had a safe and enjoyable trip. You could tell he cared about making the ride fun for everyone. I would definitely want him as our bus driver again.
